The present Lord Baron of Stamford Priory.

On 14th March 2017 the Much Honoured Roy Alexander Woods.Laird of Keil, became the new Lord Baron of Stamford Priory. The investiture ceremony took place in London with Royal and International guests. Roy is the owner of Keil View Estate in Argyll, Scotland. His Armorial Arms, were granted by the College of Arms, Institute of Heraldry, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The same authority which granted Arms to Pope Francis. Roy is also a serving Knight Templar and a member of the Lyon Court Society.

 As Lord Baron of Stamford Priory, he lives in Orton Goldhay, Cambridgeshire and has a son Darren and two daughters Sharon and Spring Louise by his wife Jennifer who sadly passed away in 1996. Roy has served in the UK security, ambulance and coastguard services and also as a church server for many years.
